Did the PP Cashout get changed?

I thought we could cashout twice a month (15th and last day). I went to double check today and it looks like it was recently changed and it's hard to figure out what it's saying because it looks like there is a typo. I cashed out a month ago and I know it was twice a month then. Did I miss something?:confused:

There were so many questions about when payments would be received and it was so confusing that Tricia changed it so that ANY payments that are requested in this month are paid on the 15th of the next month. This will help with the confusion. All paypal payments will be made on the 15th of the month after you request it unless it falls on a holiday. Now, if you requested you payment before these changes were made she may be making some adjustments to compensate for those who fell before the change. I would file a trouble ticket under account question and ask her when you can expect to see it. This was she can look at your account through the trouble ticket and see exactly what the status is. All future ones will fall under the new guidelines though. I believe that changes are being made with the gift cards also in order to bring them all in line of being sent out at the same time each month. This will also help with the confusion and people will know exactly when they can expect their cards. I am not sure if this change has been made yet or if she is waiting until after the big cashout.
