Trouble Ticket question

I just filed a trouble ticket for a recent Disneyshopping order. But when I was filing it, I noticed I still had 1 pending TT showing from a long time ago (which I assume at this point is dead LOL) and a closed one. Is there anyway I can delete them from my trouble ticket screen or do they just stay there indefinately? Thanks!

If it is one that you received credit for then I would PM sunshinecindy with the number of the TT and she can delete it. If it is one that hasn't been credited yet then I would leave it there because you just never know when they might credit for it. Sometimes it doesn't get credited the first time and then it shows up later on.
