Thanks!! I don't mean to be a buzz kill but should they have credited at .8 or .9? Mine credited at .9 and I'm thinking that might be too high unless it was for last month. Just asking!!!:blush::o

i too want to say :thanks: for the extra problem survey credits. it was nice to see the jump in my account when i logged in this afternoon. this definitely made my tuesday a whole lot sunnier.:sunshine: again :thanks:

It should have been .80 but I accidentally did .90 and it's too much work to take them back. LOL!

Wow....thanks so much! I never had to report surveys before, so was not sure what to expect....what a pleasant surprise....SR is the best!!!

If you are doing a survey and it dies on you in the middle or tells you that after completing it that there was an error or that you now don't qualify you can click the report a daily survey link below the green box and give all the details about the survey - how far along you were, the topic, what issue you are having and then the link to the last page or the current page you are on and GF will look into it. Sometimes they will give you credit for these reported surveys.



As a friendly reminder to everyone - These complaints go to Tricia and then she submits them to Greenfield. If you are overly rude or abusive she will not pass along the issue to Greenfield as it is pretty embarrassing and a poor reflection on the community. So while they are frustrating please remain calm and neutral with your feelings while filling out the report.

Well this is good to know. This is the first I have heard of this. I thought we could only report purchases we didnt get credit for or the Daily opinion survey because that was tracked by your SR number? My poor mother took 4 different amps Monday only to be told at the end she didnt qualify. These were all lengthy surveys.

That's exactly what these are for. Reporting Daily surveys that had a problem, then Greenfield reviews it and sometimes gives credit later on.

Ok, so for clarification then. If I am taking a survey and I am disqualified at the end or if there is a technical problem for any of the 3 daily surveys I can report. If I take a survey, complete and do not receive credit we can not report it this is just considered a cookie, computer or user error?

You can only report a problem with the Daily Survey offered by Greenfield, using the link on the survey page. They have been very willing to work with Tricia to resolve issues with their surveys.

Tricia is unable to report problems with surveys through AMP or Your Two Cents.

Thats what I thought. I used amp surveys for my example so the reply confused me. Thanks. The Daily opinion gives me the least problems. I didnt get credit for one last Friday but its rare for me to have problems with these.

Sometimes people report on the daily surveys meaning all 3 and sometimes they mean just the Daily opinion so it gets confusing for a newbie like me.

Okay, yes! This is exactly what happened to my mom too! But on the greenfield and she said she had been taking one for about 30 minutes and the whole thing just blanked. Like just shut down on her. It wasn't her computer it was the survey. So what should she have done? I didn't know there was anything we could do. It's too late now to file for one yesterday, right?:confused:
