I placed an order at Kohls.com and have already received credit. I was informed via email that part of my order was cancelled. I contacted Kohls and was told that the items were out of stock. Once they are back in stock I can reorder them.

So my question is about the credit I already have. Will part of that be taken away until I reorder? I'm worried about the special cashout tomorrow. I plan to cash out for $150.00 in Disney GC. I think that I will have enough left over to make up the difference in my Kohls order. So if it needs to be deducted after the cashout there should be enough there. I'm just worried about my account being marked as fraudulent for trying to cash out knowing that money needs to be deducted.

Does anyone know if it will be OK to go ahead and cash out? Or should I just wait until the Kohls credit is deducted?

Go ahead and cash out. If Kohls revokes the credits later, we'll take them out and it might put your account into the negative for just a bit.
