I've compiled 34 shopping sales from the last few weeks that did not come through our new automated system for some reason. It will take me a few hours to sort them all out, but hopefully some of you who have been waiting on shopping will see more and more popping up as the day goes on. I want to be sure to get these posted today so that your credits will be in your accounts for the special cashout tomorrow.
So if I am MIA for a few hours, you know where I am. :)

Wow! Just read this thread and then went over to look at the old account. There's something pending that wasn't pending just a few hours ago! I LIKE when that happens!

Thank you for taking the time to do them. Haven't seen my shoebuy or ebay yet, but i'm keeping my fingers crossed! :) At least Kodak from this weekend posted as pending and will release tomorrow!!! :)

I think I am now through most of them. If anyone bought anything from buy.com, go ahead and file a trouble ticket. I had about 6 purchases come through for them but they didn't attach the userids to any of them!

I have been patiently waiting for a few to credit, and I see you entered three of them today. The only one I am still missing is 123Inkjets. I think I'll give it until the weekend, and then post a TT. Does this sound reasonable? I ordered about 2 weeks ago, and just got my products yesterday...very slow...so perhaps their crediting is slow also.

Do we attach the original email from buy.com w/ the full price or the one from google checkout w/ the $10 off? Both?

Google!! I bet that is the reason that they didn't give me back the userids on buy.com. Just give me the order number and the price before Google. I should be able to figure it out from there.

Golly, crap! I have had some problems with my orders lately. I cannot find the email from buy.com and I cannot get into my account at buy.com. meaning I don't know which email I used for them! It would have been on an order for like $5.50, after the $10.00 off. $3.xx of that was shipping so like a percentage on $1.xx. Not much but still would have been nice to have.
AND I bought something at toysrus this last week. I used there "buy later" to get $15.00 off and I cannot find that email either! That would have been a much bigger purchase and I so wanted that to go through. I am a shopping mess. :(

I had to go hunting for my buy.com too. I couldn't remember which account I used. That's why I filed my TT when I found the info. I figured I might now remember later.
Hope you find that missing cruise entry!!!:)

I have been going through all emails I can think of. I went through the computers history but it just says I have an empty cart now. :( I will keep trying BUT it is not looking good. This is just a good reminder to me. And I am glad it happened on a small order.

Remember to look for an email from google too. I had gotten an email from Google before I got the one from buy.com.

I think I'm in the group with the "mystery credits" too. I took advantage of the Google Checkout / buy.com promo and placed a small order on 10/9. The package arrived on 10/11 (I can't believe how fast it came!!) and I haven't seen anything show up on my SR account since then.
I don't know what to do next to get my credits. I was going to wait a little while to mention anything since I think I read something about waiting 21 days before filing a TT, but I came across this thread so I thought I should jump into the conversation. Can someone hold my hand & tell me what to do? :p I'd just like to receive my first ever shopping credits! :)

I filed a general inquiry tt. Only because Tricia wrote about them in the thread, otherwise I would have waited the normal time.
I opened a general acct inquiry tt and pasted my buy.com email in the box.
Post back if you need help w/ a tt. Do you know how to get the email headers?
Note again for anyone reading...I ONLY did this b/c of this thread that Tricia started...shouldn't use general tt for this normally. :)

I went ahead & opened a TT. We'll see if that solves the problem! I'd love to see some shopping credits show up for my very first purchase! :)
Tricia, my TT should be sooooooooo low on your priority list so please do not worry about getting to it before you hit the road. I'm going to be out of town starting tomorrow too so I won't even notice if it arrives in the next week. Please do not let this TT interfere with your vacation excitement! :)
