referral banner issues?

Hello~I am trying to post my referral banner at a couple of sites I belong but I can't seem to get mine working correctly. It isn't posting it like it does here w/the graphic....instead it is posting the whole link, which is hard to read and understand. I referred my mom and she used the link but it didn't credit (Tricia is still looking into it for me-thanks Tricia!!) but before I refer anyone else and have to file TT to get credit, I was wondering if someone could look at my referral links and see if they are correct or tell me if I am doing something wrong? I am copying and pasting directly to the sites what is on the link...should I be omitting some of it?
