Should I file a trouble ticket???

I have never filed a trouble ticket. I think that's good. Haha. We stayed at a choice hotel 3-27 and I have not yet received credit for it so I'm wondering if I should file a tt. Any answers would be appreciated. :)

Hotel stays do take a while longer than regular shopping purchases. I would give it a couple more weeks because some of them only report back to us once a month.
