$500 Disney Gift Card

I'd like to cash out for the $500 Disney GC but it's not highlighted for me, and I do have enough money in my account. I know there was some talk about removing the $600 option - maybe there was also info about the $500 GC that I missed. Thanks!

That's really strange - everything is available to me except the Disney $500 and $600 GC options. I have more than enough balance in my account, and I haven't cashed out in awhile so it can't be the $500/month limit. I'll give it a little more time and see if Tricia answers.

I'd say to give it a day or two. Did you just hit 500 yesterday? Maybe the script has to run?

I just found the problem and notified SG about it. It has to do with the new $500 a month limit that we have in place and the shopping return that got processed for you this month. It looks like the system is looking at that return as a cashout instead of just a debit. SG will figure it out today and let us know when it is fixed. Sorry about that!!!

Thanks, Tricia - I'm not in any hurry. But with the new monthly limit, figured I'd better order one this month.
I never would have thought of that $2.52 as the problem. In fact I had to look at my account to see what happened as I knew I didn't return anything this month. For some reason, I got credit 3 times for the same Office Depot order so 2 of them were reversed to make it right.
Thanks again for looking into this - I'll just keep checking back.
