need help cashing out

I am finally ready to cash out. It says I need to enter my payment account? What is this? I indicated I wanted paypal. What do they want?:confused:

They need to know what your account name is for paypay....like yourname@aol.com or whatever you use because otherwise, we have no idea where to deposit your money to.
