I have been researching Netbooks and Laptops on buy.com. I believe you get SR credit for buying them there. I know BestBuy doesn't give credit.

I bought my daughter's Dell netbook on ebay :) and it was refurbished and came with a 1 year waranty direct from Dell. She LOVES it. I stupidly didn't get credit because we lost an auction for one and got all caught up and forgot to re-sign in thru SR link:headache:....but you can get credit for an ebay purchase.

I got an Acer at Costco about a year ago and I love it! I bought it to take to Disney to keep up with SR....now, how's that for dedication? :rotfl:

I got an Acer from Buy.com actually. It was 300 on the dot here in two days and it is great. I got $6.00 cash back on it too.
