Surveyhead Question

When we complete a surveyhead survey, do we get a generic, black and white thank you page?

This is all it says:

Congrats!
You've successfully completed the survey!
Félicitations! Vous avez répondu au sondage.
Congratulazioni! Hai completato con successo il sondaggio.

This is only the 2nd one i've completed, and i don't remember what type of page i got the first time, lol.
