shopping credit held for the 19th

I am not sure when this will be looked at as I know the Sunshine fam is on vacation but I just noticed I have a shopping credit still on hold. So whenever you get to it can we get this hold released? Thanks

I had the exact same yesterday, but when I logged in today, I noticed that it was credited. Hope the same is true for you!:sunshine:

Your shopping credits will frequently show up on Sunday but will not be released until that night at midnight when the script runs. You should see it released this morning.

yep, it was! Can you tell I don't shop all that much and don't run into this problem. :) Our computer got a bug/virus so I have not been able to check for days and so when I got back and saw that I was anxious!

we tried everything to get rid of the spyware and trojan virus but could not shake it! So we took the computer down and rebooted it. So everything is fresh. But what a lot of work. I have to put about 200 addresses back into my email and download pictures back off of snapfish, among many other things. So much to do when you go this route. O, well I am back on SR!!!!

Oh... I know exactly what you mean its a big PITA, i am the computer guy in the family so i have to fix everyones computers and their friends... I have been luck that my own personal computer i have not had to do that...

Well i am glad its fixed now and it looks like you did not loose too much important data.. photos and the like... that can not be put back on your computer...
