daily surveys not showing up

I've been trying to get a daily survey for more than a week. Everyday I have to put all my info back in just to go to the page that says there are no surveys. I know it used to save your info but for some reason it doesn't save mine anymore and I can't get a daily survey. Hope you can help and tell me what I need to do. April
