Daily surveys not crediting

Over the last few weeks I've had a problem getting DS to credit. I've gotten the completion page as always and, including last night's survey, didn't get credit for it. I'm really surprised because this hasn't happened to me before. I'm not sure why. I've always cleared cookies after so I can try for a AMP survey without a problem so that shouldn't be an issue. I really don't get it.:computer:

This is what I got so I should be ok. I'll try another one tonight and if it doesn't work I'm going to give up for awhile.

You aren't using any type of VPN or installed any new programs recently?

I'm not sure what VPN is and I haven't installed anything because my computer is slow as molasses right now and I'm thinking of getting a new one.

VPN is a tunneling program that companies like to use for you to connect to their internal network remotely. It blocks your user id if you don't have the settings right so that Tricia will get blank credits instead of matched ones.

I've had this to happen the last two days now. I did a *long* survey yesterday, got the congrats page, and it never credited. Did another one this a.m., same thing. :computer: I clear cookies every time, did the greenfield test, etc. What in the world is going on???? It's *very* discouraging!

Daily surveys haven't credited yet today, as far as I know. So there is hope :angel:

Do you mean did the surveys from 5/5 already credit? I did get mine for 5/5.

have sundays credited? got fri & sat but not sun and just ran the test to check it and it says I am good.

I was starting to get DSs to credit until yesterday's. I get the AMP and Surveyhead to credit fine. But not the DS. I don't want to give it up but I just might try the rest of the surveys and forget the DS.
