survey head question

I just completed a SH survey, where it had me sign up to join a community. I got the email confirmation for the community, but nothing routed back to the white CONGRATS page for SH. Anyone else get this? Any idea if it will credit?

I had one from surveyhead about a music channel that did not bring me back and I did not get credit.

I think I had one from them a few weeks ago that took me to a women's razor community??? I signed up, took their survey and it didn't take me back. Didn't get credit for it.... I hope yours credits :)

Dang I think i just got burned by SH again today!!! Yesterday's credit never did show up, so i retook one about 5 hrs later.

Today's survey was about a test site.....again, routed you to the site with no way to return to the congrats page. :computer::computer::computer:

I think I got the same with with the same results. I knew it wasn't going to credit, but waited a while anyway. When the credit didn't show up after two hours, I cleared cookies and successfully took another one.

mine wasn't about a new test site, it asked me to join a new site related to food of a certain brown type. It hasn't credited in two hours, so I am thinking it won't. I tried clearing cookies but I get the white 'you don't qualify for this survey' msg. oh well, it's only .60, right? :p

It's okay. I took another one and hope it credits at the top of the hour. I remain hopeful!!! :p

I did the razor one yesterday and it did NOT credit. I thought today was going to be better -- did a My View on a casual seafood restaurant and a SSI on my favorite drugstore. I eagerly checked my account the next hour, and NEITHER credited. I have trouble qualifying for surveys -- I'm old, white and my husband works for the media, so it's really distressing when they don't credit.

Yes, my cookies are cleared. I even did these on two different computers.

Still love SR -- just not as successful as I used to be.

I;'ve heard previously that the razor one didn't credit, so i've closed out when i see that one. I'm sorry you had such a rough day!
