:sunshine: Tricia or Cindy, I placed an order w/ shoemall and the credit is pending but the shoes were too big. Instead of doing an exchange I just ordered a new pair and returned the other one. You should see a new credit and then a return. The new pair is cheaper also so the credit won't be as much. Thanks.
