at the bottom of the trouble ticket there should be a response button. Do you see it beneath her message?

hmm. maybe send cindy a pm asking her how to respond then. I know when I had a trouble ticket last there was a button or link or something that I clicked on to respond to tricia but it was a general tt not a shopping tt.
