where to go when a survey asks you to come back?

I got one of those surveys that asks you to come back at a certain time and they will ask you more questions, etc etc. Where do I go at the time I signed up for? I don't want to miss out on a chance of $15.00! thanks for any and all help

They will e-mail you with a link. I have tried to do this 3 or 4 times. Unfortunately, the survey is usually full up by the time I check in. So, try to check in 15 minutes before the scheduled survey time.
