getting logged out

Hey, this has happened to me twice now. After taking a survey, while moving to the pending section, somewhere along the line I get logged out. When I get to the pending section is when I discover this because it will tell me that I need to be a member to do this.
My question is can I still get credit for the survey that I just completed after I sign back in and move it to the pending section?
Does this make sense?

You should still get credit if it only happens every now and again. But my fear is that something is happening that is either erasing your cookies or changing your IP address frequently. If that is happening, you may have a hard time getting credit for anything. Are you logging in through a DSL or cable modem? Are you running an aggressive firewall or anti-spyware program?

I have this every now and then and I don't tend to have a problem with things crediting. I think its sometimes caused by my being logged on somewhere too long (it tends to happen most in forums where I will be logged in all day long) or inactivity on a site.

I have this happen sometimes too, but it's usually right AFTER I clear my cookies and then do an offer. I think it's about 50/50 as far as creditting goes.

Well, I did just clear my cookies, so that may be why. I didn't have my computer on all day and signed in, I was not home all day yesterday and last night was when that happened.
I am logging in thru dial-up. This is the first time that it happened so maybe it was because of the cookies.

Thanks, I will pay attention to this and if I have any more problems I'll post.
