I just made a purchase earlier and was wondering how long it usually takes for credit to show up in pending after purchasing from Green Mountain....does anyone know?

I've ordered from Green Mountain 2 or 3 times. Normally the credit shows up about 2 days after order placement.....but I've got a TT filed for them for the last order that didn't show up.
