DS + Y2C problems

Neither one is loading this morning? Been trying for 45 minutes. I hate it when I leave for work and have not completed even one survey! Like to start off the day with at least 1-2.

i can't get the DS to load either. the page said it's loading...loading...loading...but nothing is happening.

ETA: page finally loaded, i put in my demographic info, had to wait a few more minutes for THAT page to load, and i got this message:

We apologize for your inconvenience. We are having some technical difficulties. Please check back later.

I got a DS about 40 minutes ago and completed it and got the congrats page. I haven't tried the YTC because my DH does that one.

I just went back in to see if it was working and I got right in to the demographics and then the options and it offered me a survey. I am not sure why some of you are having issues but perhaps make sure you don't have any toolbars installed from other companies and also clear cookies and run a good cleaning on your computer. I was having issues a few days ago and I had to actually do a cleaning and then restore my computer back a few days because I must have picked up something along the way that was giving me error messages for everything I tried to do. It was driving me nuts. I realized it was an update to my IE toolbars. I think it added a google or yahoo to the toolbar and it was causing issues with my autofills and also making the pages hangup on me. Once I uninstalled the toolbar and did a reset to back two days prior everything has been fine. Hope this helps!

I get the demographics page to load, and then I get the error that they're having technical difficulties as well

i'm not sure what could be causing the problem for me...i work online so i scan my computer for ad/spyware each night and clear cookies both before i turn my computer off at night, and each morning when i turn it on. i'll clear cookies again and see if it helps.

I just went back in to Greenfield Daily Survey again and it is working still for me. I hope you figure it out!!!

I'm having the same issue. I'm currently using Firefox, but may try getting the surveys in IE instead.

i went back and cleared cookies again with ccleaner, and got right into the DS, completed one and got the congrats page. it must be a cookie issue, at least, on my end. i hope everyone gets a DS today! good luck!

I cleared cookies and got right into one, just finished it. Don't know why I had to clear cookies because I already did that first thing this morning but it worked. Try that.

very strange....was in the middle of a ytc and got to the part where I am going to evaluate the advertising and it went to the you don't qualify page. :(:confused: It said, now you will look at some ads and tell us what you like blah, blah, and went to the dq page.
