I don't think so. I think Shutterfly actually has to print them.

If it works like Kodak and CVS then yes you should get credit. I upload and order from Kodak who print them off then ship them to CVS for me to pick up.
I only pay $2 for the service, which is great bc when I do order prints I order a lot and shipping can get expensive.
The last time I ordered through Kodak I used the SR link and got credit.

But if Target is printing them off, I'm with Tricia, probably not.
