Partial credit???

I booked a hotel stay thru Choice hotels.....4 rooms for 6 nights. HUGE hotel bill at 3% cash back. :clap:

This morning i got a credit from Choice....but only for 1 room at 1 night! big disappointment. Any ideas what happened?
