Have you noticed anything going on with greenfield other then all of us having issues and ready to strangle them?? :)

I'm still screwed up with Greenfield's site. I can take two in one day BUT with them MY day ends somewhere between 8pm-9pm at night. It'll be 2 weeks tomorrow that it's been going on. So if I don't get one before bed, I can still get one in the morning, if I get the congrats page ALL Day long it tells me I exceeded my limit for the day, check back tomorrow. Well my tomorrow is 8-9pm. Yesterday is how that happened, I couldn't get one Monday night, but was able to get in Tuesday morning. All day exceed, then 10pm last night I was able to take another one.

I have absolutely no clue why this is happening, maybe SR family can shed some light? I'm just happy to have gotten a survey for each day.

So just to clarify, I'm not getting "double" credits per day, just some days I'm not getting any, but then the next day it catches up when 2 post.

I"m just really curious since it appears some of us are having similar issues.
It's like some of us are on a different "time period", guess it could be a good thing if they intended it that way.

BUT there is a ray of sunshine for me in ALL of this mess..... I just completed my 31st survey for the month about Pizza. If you get the chance take it, it's not to bad an easy survey. I think it helps I live in a suburb of Phila. (Well 40 mins away, but that's close enough!) I usually have a good number of choices each time. Don't get me wrong there are days I have to try 20 times, but that's the stubborn Irish in me!

I doubt I'll hit 20 next month since we're gone 8 days to Disney.

I talked to the Greenfield rep earlier in the week and she said that they were having some problems with the router late last week but that everything is fine now. I'll be meeting with her in New York on Monday and will talk to her more in depth about just how they work some of this stuff and how we might be able to better get our surveys in each day. Thanks for the description of the problem. That definitely gives me something to work with.

It's just been the last 2 wks when they first had that inital problem. I think it was the day after the special cashout. Before that I could always get one anytime during the "normal" day/time period, as in once a day regardless of time.

Like I said i feel lucky bc I'm still able to get them each day, some days harder then others, but it's just not the "norm"

I'm having a similar problem. Some days I could get two surveys, but they next day I had exceeded the limit?! Same thing with the time too! I thought it was just me.

WTG on getting 31 surveys! I did #18 yesterday and can't get anything for today!!
