Is there something going on? My account history is blank, my total earnings for the year is blank (though my TOTAL is still there), and my pending payments is blank (there was something there yesterday that should still be there).

My history is also blank. I freaked out this morning when I saw it since I was only $3 away from $300. But when I saw the balance was still there, I didn't worry about it as much.

I went to check my account history to see what has posted today and found that the last thing to credit to my account was this...

My earnings for the year and earnings for the quarter are also $0.00 but my total earnings are intact and correct.

If it helps, my account goes from 6-21-06 when I joined until 5-17-07.

My total showing on the News and Links page is correct.

On the Current Earnings page my Balance for the Quarter and Total Earning this year are 0.00. All my pending payments are missing.

My Balance on that page is correct.

The Big Board is correct as far as I can tell.

My stuff is returning:clap: ...but... I took three surveys today (SH, AMP and SSI) and they had all credited already. Then, the "glitch" happened...now, my account is back to "normal", except those three surveys are no longer there. I had a shopping credit clear today and that is there, but as of now, the survey credits are missing. I know that they will get it all cleared up, though...no worries:sunshine:.

Yes!! Thanks! It took me a second to find the AMP from today, but I am pretty sure it is there. There are TWO that show that I took them on 6/7/10, but one credited on the 7th and one credited today so I think it is fine.

I just checked my account and it shows that I have two credits for the SM survey for yesterday and for today. I know that my DH only completed 1 SM survey each day. Are there still glitches in the system or should I file a TT to report this?

The problem is/was limited to the history table where the transaction details are kept - but i have a copy of all that.

I also have two extra survey credits in my account today ($1.20). I received two SSI credits for today when only one was taken late last night. There is also an additional SH credit for 6/7 that credited today.

while I was working on the history table and rebuilding the table, the automatic creditor process ran (at about 12) which processed some survey credits that originally came in between 10 and 11. So, when I get the log to reapply the changes from 10-11, the original transactions came into the history table (which at this point make them duplicates).

hope that makes sense. I am working as quickly as i can to correct the history table and verify balances.

I took an AMP that isn't showing credit now after everything else returned to normal.

I went out for a walk to deal with my impatience about a job I'm up for (final decision was to be made yesterday or today) and came back and I have one MV survey from today, during the time period in question. My account appears to be fixed!

Yes. As the duplicates hit your balance became too high then once i reversed the duplicates, your balance came back down to the correct value.
