View Full Version : Can't get DS to load

This had been going on since last week. I answer the question to qualify however noting happens after i click on the start survey. It will not load. I get the EX error page. Anybody else having a problem? Tired using EX and Chrome.

I'm not having that problem but I use firefox on a mac. sorry it's not loading for you...hopefully you can get it all worked out! :)

I was having this problem last week, and found that if I clicked on "start survey" and then the US (English) link up at the top right, it would bring me to the next screen and credited fine. It was happening for me in both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Hope this helps!
