I just got home and tried to do my first survey for November. I get the page that tells me that I have exceeded the limit for the day. I did my last survey about 9 last night but definitely have not done one today! Have they gone back to the "once in 24 hour limit?"

Not that I know of. Try clearing your cookies. If that doesn't work, clear your cookies and try a different email address.

Tricia,
I think that for some people the time frame has gone back to 24 hours. I don't really know why. I had this issue last week all week. Finally 2 nights ago I did my usual weekly cleaning of CCleaner, AVG and Spybot and when I came back to the Greenfield I don't have the problem anymore. Seems some people are getting stuck in the old 24 hours cycle and I don't know how or why. Just a heads up.

I wonder if some of you picked something bad up while I was gone last week?

I've been very lucky with surveys and I'm usually doing them about 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. Last week I jumped all around on times just to check and see if there were issues and nothing different happened.
Sorry for those who are having issues.

It seems I'm on the 24 hour cycle too. I didn't notice it until now, since I usually do surveys at the same time of day during the week.

I also seem to be on the 24 hour timeframe. I did my survery last night sometime before 9pm Pacific, and have been receiving the exceeded message all last night, and all day today. I was trying to see what time the survey would reset, since I am on pacific time, so I know I did it well before 9pmPMT/ midnight eastern time. That's going to make it really hard for me to get a survey- I don't get home from work until after 5! Less than 4 hours, as I can't do anything from work, and don't have time before.

I think I'm on a 24hr time frame too. I did one that finished last night at 9:02pm and I can't do one again today (yet). It's been like this for at least a week, if not 2. It's kind of frustrating.

I've been out of the survey loop since getting back from Disneyland, but I know I have been reading about this problem for *at least* 2 weeks.

What I can't figure out is why some people are on 24 hours and others are on the every day thing.
We'll be talking with Greenfield in person Monday. So hopefully we can get some rhyme or reason on all of this.

I've tried deleting cookies and I still can't get it to work. I'll have to wait unitl 9 or so to try again.

Just throwing out suggestions, but when was the timeframe that Greenfield changed the survey's from 24 hr time period to once a day?
Maybe it's something from a previous backup where the ones like me having the problem are newer members, or better yet members who joined before they did hte switch over? I remember mine happening the day they had problems, so they could have gone to an "old" back up or source code????
Again no clue, just throwing out suggestons!
