My DH tried for a MV survey a little while ago. It said that he qualified for a survey and when he clicked on the link, it took him to a login page for My View. I know a couple of us on the June survey thread have had this issue today. Has anyone else?

I had that same problem early this AM (6:30-8:30AM) and also quite often since last weekend.

I just took a MV survey. It took about 15 minutes and the little progress meter said 99% completed. When I answered, what I assumed was the last question, it went to the page that said "sorry, you don't qualify for this survey" and then went to the MV account sign up page. I don't understand...I went through and answered all of the questions, gave my opinions and filled in all of the demographic info, but then it booted me on the last question:cry:. I've never had this happen before so it is a little odd for me.

I had the same thing happen this afternoon when it said it had a survey for me...I backed out of it and now it is saying no surveys available which looks normal when there is no surveys....I'll just keep trying until there is another one to take and hopefully that login page won't happen again.

If you keep getting the MY View log in page and you have tried for hours is that a good time to clear cookies (assuming everything else has credited) and try again?

You can clear, I did but it didn't help me to get a survey...still says no surveys available which happens. I'll eventually get one, I'm sure...just got to keep trying.

I have been getting the same thing. I usually get these everyday without a problem but this has been happening the last few days. I eventually get one though. I clear my cookies everyday. I think maybe its something on the other end.

LOTS of Myview credits all of a sudden came in the last half hour.

I just tried again for the MyView and had the following experience...
First try: Entered the initial info, got the "we have a survey for you" page....then it went to a "log in to your MyView account" page
Second try: Entered the initial info, got the "we have a survey for you" page...started the survey, answered about 10 questions about magazines, then got the "log into your MyView account" page
I'm a little confused...I clear my cookied between every survey attempt so I don't think that is the problem. I'm having a new issue with the SH surveys too. I get the "we have a survey for you" and when I click on it, it takes me to the SR page for the SH surveys:rolleyes:.
This is all so new to me since I have NEVER had a problem getting surveys to run. I don't always get credit and I get kicked out a lot, but it seems like now, I can't even get IN to the surveys themselves. Hmmm....oh well, I'll keep trying:)

I just took and completed MV and I got this response" We apologize for the inconvenience, but our reward system validation is experiencing technical difficulties. We have logged your information and will contact you to complete your reward at the email address you supplied in the beginning of the survey. If you would like to contact customer service click the link below and indicate code=42." Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so, did you ever receicve credit?

This was actually happening to a few of us awhile back. It still did credit for some but not me :(. Anyway, If that happens again I would suggest to keep that window open and keep watching for it to update through another window. Once it does close it out. This has worked for me. Some have said it eventually rolled over to the normal end page (it didnt for me it stayed on the page you are talking about). I did start receiving credits when I handled these this way. Hope you get it.
