SurveyHead Rerouting??

Every time I click on the link to take a survey it reroutes me back to the SR page. Is this happening to anyone else? It's never happened before until Saturday.

yes that has happened to me too. all it means is that they have no surveys available for you at this time. keep trying and i know you will get one. have a great sunday.:sunshine:

I was able to do SH without any problem, but I have been having problems with AMP and MV doing that to me lately, on occasion.

The other day, I had the same thing happening with just about all the surveys. I switched over from IE to Firefox and the problem went away. After I was done doing surveys, I ran ccleaner again. Since then, I've been okay using IE. Not sure if anything I did helped or if it was just a coincidence.

Since the Survey Head has been switched to a direct link it will direct you back to the SR page when you have no surveys available without giving you a message to say there are no surveys available. There is nothing wrong with the survey or your computer. Just try again later as you usually will.

The other surveys are still working as usual. If you are having issues with those loading then try cleaning your cookies, or even change browsers for a while and see if that works. Good luck with your surveys today!!
