Not qualify after you got Congrats?

UGH!!! just did a 25 minute survey and finished with demo questions and did get a THANK YOU, click to submit.....and it routed to the SH you didn't qualify page! :computer::computer: that is so frustrating because you know they are taking your answers for their survey!

i can totally empathize and relate to your frustration. did a sh survey last week where i had to watch an entire episode of a tv program (over an hour long) and when i got the thank you page and i went to submit it, instead of getting the yellow page it routed me to sh's home page. on the bright side, i was able to get another sh survey later in the day and it did credit so there is hope that you will get another one. just take a deep breath, walk away from your computer for a little while and try again later. that's what i do and it works for me. keep smiling and have a good day.:sunshine:
