I think I am going to take advantage of the great offer from Thompson Cigars for DH for Father's Day, but I see that there is "no Paypal cashout". So, if I cashout for, say a $50 Disney Gift Card, will that use up any of my "no Paypal" money first? I was planning on saving all of my SR money to cash out to my Paypal account for our vacation, but I could always put some of it onto a gift card instead.

Yes. We just look through the account when we process the paypal to ensure that you have enough non-paypal offer funds in there to cover it.
