I ordered two Rudolph ornaments (http://www.personalcreations.com/shop/product.asp?product_code=31882&world_code=1&search_type=subcategory&search_words=rudolph) from Personal Creations for my cousin's kids for Xmas. When they came-I was disappointed in the personalization of one-the "Tom" looked like "Ton." I e-mailed them. They responded that they were sending me a new one-if I liked it, I could keep it and the broken one-if not I would return both. I got it today and it's perfect.
So, two thumbs up for Personal Creations.

I have to second this accolade! I purchased some photo ornaments of DS's first Christmas and then family ones since his birth. The first ones I ordered were perfect and I was extremelly happy with them. The second order I placed was "mis-routed" in shipping. When I called customer service, they went ahead and sent a replacement order and told me that if I eventually received the original order to go ahead and keep it. I have been very pleased with their products and service. Once the baby comes, I'm going to be ordering a few more! They have tons of neat things to purchase too!
