I have been waiting until today thinking that the Your Music offer that I did on Oct. 28th might be a manual credit and would post today, but it hasn't. I guess others have gotten credit right away. Is this an offer that I can file a TT for and should I do it now? Thanks for any help.

I did this one right when it was put back up -- maybe a week ago? and I have not gotten credit yet either. I did get an email from yourmusic.com stating that by cd has shipped though:confused:

I did this offer about a week ago as well,but haven't received credit either. I also received an email saying my cd has been shipped.

They only send credits in twice a week. you might have signed up right after the last batch was sent. Since its a manual credit and Tricia is taking the day off from SR I would wait to file a TT until later this week.

I'm still waiting on it too. I signed up for it Tues or wed of this week and haven't seen pending or credit yet. I'm pretty sure it will come soon. I haven't gotten notice about anything being shipped yet though.

Thanks for these posts. I was wandering the same thing; I signed up on 10/30 & haven't seen anything else. Now, I'm not worried - I'm sure it will show up soon.

Which date did you do this offer? I think I did it a few days after you so I might be in the next batch since mine didn't come through yet. I did it on the 31st.

Of course I don't remember when I signed up! I don't even remember what I had for lunch!!! :rotfl: ROTF!!!!:rotfl: OK, seriously:angel: , I just looked back at my welcome email and first order and I signed up 10/31 - would have been in the early afternoon I think. The email I got from them telling me that my first cd shipped is dated 11/1. So yours shouldn't be far behind at all! :sunshine:

Ok well lets not panic. Since there are so many of us I bet we are in a different batch being sent over. Not sure how the determine their batches but it could be by shipping date or something similar.

I don't know on either question. All I can tell you is that I did the offer on 10/31 and it shipped out yesterday for me and credited tonight.

I would say that since it is a paid offer I would wait the traditional 10 -14 days that we wait for shopping, just in case you fell through the crack and come in the next batch. If it doesn't show you can file a TT but I can't promise you it will get you anywhere. Worth the try though.

I signed up for this one on 10/31, got the email that my cd was shipped 11/1, got the credit 11/5, and received my 1st cd today 11/7. There doesn't seem to be a pattern when we compare - hang in there and good luck!!

Is anyone else having trouble getting into Yourmusic.com? I did the offer, got credit, got my 1st CD, and now I can't log in because it says that my cookies are not enabled and they are. I originally signed up thru AOL and had no problem, and now I can't get in there or thru IE. I set up my list with 10 CD's so I am OK as far as having something this month, but I want to rearrange and I can't get in. Anyone else having this problem?

I just logged into my account to check for you and I didn't have any problems.

Try clearing cookies and if that doesn't help I would reboot. I have this issue every now and then and those are my 2 steps to try and fix it.

Has anyone filed a TT for this offer? I did last week since it had been two weeks & I had received my first CD. My TT is now closed with the following message:
"This merchant only updates these every few weeks. If at least 2 weeks have passed and you have not received credit still, we can file a dispute with them."
Now that it has been almost 3 weeks how do I proceed? Do I file a new TT?

This was actually me that responded to this. :)

We close out the trouble tickets because administratively, we don't want to muddy the waters by having them closed and reopened and closed and reopened again. It just gets too confusing. So if anyone ever gets one closed because it is too early or you don't have all of the information that we need, you should just open a new one with the proper info or whatever. That way, we can be sure that it doesn't get lost in the shuffle (which...I'm sure other people can attest to....was what happened when we had people responding to trouble tickets after the fact).

Thanks Tricia! This was one of my first TT so I wasn't sure how to proceed. I know how busy you all are and I hated to file a TT but that is a good offer that I would love to have credit for. I 'll wait a few more days & then file a new TT if the credit doesn't show up. Thanks again.
