View Full Version : Problem with Greenfield survey loading

Hi Folks,
I cannot get the Greenfield survey to load on my computer. I fill out the demographics information and click continue but then when the survey should load, the webpage just hangs. It looks like it's rendering but nothing every appears. When I do some debugging, I find that there are errors in the Java code. I've tried on several browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome). I've been able to complete the MyThoughtCounts without any problems.

Has anyone else had problems with the Greenfield survey?

Any advice appreciated! :)

that happened to me this morning when i tried to do my daily survey but i could not even get the demographic page to load. what i did was just bring down my computer and rebooted it, cleaned out all the cookies and then i was able to get my daily survey. HTH.:sunshine:

I haven't rebooted in at least a week. I'll give it a try! Thanks. :)

I had a similar problem this morning with DS,SH and Y2c for about an hour starting at 6:15AM. Nothing would load, just hung "loading".

Shoot, that didn't work. :( Tried my non-laptop computer and still had the same problem...wonder if this is a firewall issue with our wireless. May have to ask tech support ie DP.

I can't really complain because I have completed the other 4 daily surveys today. :D

Quick update on the Greenfield surveys. I still cannot get them to load in Firefox but I have been successful using Chrome.

After clicking the start survey button, there next page will be blank and say 'Done' in the bottom left corner. At the right of the URL bar for Chrome is an arrow button that when clicked, reloads the page and magically take me to the survey. This works for MyTwoCents as well.

I hope someone else find this helpful.
