Does anyone know if I can "pre-order" for Christmas? Can I order now but choose a date in the future to be shipped for a gift?

Yes, they give you a drop down/calendar for a range of time to be delivered. I ordered mine on 10/26 for a delivery the week of Nov. 18-25. I did receive my SR credit already, even though it didn't ship yet. Not sure if that is true in every case though...

I think you're going to be in for a treat. I got my two free bags last Friday and I am beyond impressed. Chef Ed has certainly got the fun tastes down! I will be ordering for the holidays!
