I finished it and it went back to the SR page but did not credit instantly like it has been doing all along....could there be a problem? Bummer, first time not crediting for me and I was excited to have gotten one since I've been trying all day. :computer:

This has been happening alot lately (to me at least). Sometimes I get the credit and sometimes not. I would give it a little bit to see if it does before you take another. Maybe you will get lucky.

nope, it never credited. :cry: Guess I'll keep trying, this is the first time it every happened to me...a couple of times I don't get sent back to the SR page and then I know it won't credit but this is the first time that it looked like it worked perfectly the way it is suppose to except no instant credit. weird.

I've been trying since noon to get the SH since it is the only one I need for the six-pack. I finally got into one and completed it and it did the same thing. I got the yellow screen that said "thank you for completing the survey..." and then it went back to the SR page, but no instant credit. I am really hoping it is just a glitch and it will credit because it took me almost a half-hour to do the survey, not to mention the time it has taken just to get one.

If it doesn't credit, I still have 6 more hours to try again:sunshine:.

I just completed one and it went through normally. A few days ago it took me three tries to get one to end normally and get credit. Last night I completed one and ended at a completely different survey site. I decided to give up since it was the last day of the month. I feel your pain. Just keep trying!!!

Can you all do me a favor? When you finish an SH and get back to the yellow page at the end, leave that page open a few minutes. Check for your credit in another window. If you do NOT get your credit, go up into your browser while you are looking at that yellow page and do a "View" and then "Page Source." Copy and paste that gibberish into a notepad file and send it to me. I need to see if our pixel is on that page. If you have the cookie set and then you get that pixel, it should credit. Also tell me about how long you think it took you to do the survey.

That's exactly what happened to me, we might have had the same survey because mine took a while to take too.

No idea how to do a notepad file though, if it happens again, could I just open a TT and copy and paste. Unless someone wants to educate me on how to do a notepad file? :D

UPDATE

OK, I just noticed that I got the credit for the SH, it wasn't there a few minutes ago when I checked..it only took 3 hrs and 20 mins to credit! :banana:

Good to know at least a few credits have come in. I was about to attempt one but am on the fence about it. I got 3 surveys pretty easily, but my allergies are driving me insane and making me miserable right now, so I really don't want to try for one that is having creditting issues. Guess I'll go ahead and give it a try.

Unless I'm mistaken, Notepad is a program on most computers! It should be under System Tools, I think.

Hmmm, that same thing happened to me a couple times the last week, but I think my credits stayed stuck for some reason since they didn't show up! :rotfl:
But I'll remember these tips for next time, in case there is an issue or something.
