Back on March 10th, i placed an order for a magazine with them. got the credit, but never got the magazine. the end of May I emailed them asking about the subscrition, and they said it would start the week of June 7th. Not sure why it would take 3 months to get the magazine started, but whatever. Yet here we are in July and still no magazine.

Anyone else used them before? Is this normal??

I believe I have purchased from them before and the magazines arrived in a reasonable amount of time with no problem. I think I would call them again and maybe speak to your credit card company if that is hw you paid

I order with them all the time and never had a problem. I know they send the subscription to the actual magazine publisher, so maybe give them a call and see what's up.
