Credits Posting

Can someone remind me how long it takes for credits to post as pending? Is this something that's entered manually, because I did a little bit of shopping last week and the week before and I'm not seeing any pending credits yet.

It depends on the merchant. Some post within a day or two, others don't post until the item is shipped, some others like travel don't post until the travel is completed. With the holiday weekend, shopping might take a few days longer to post than usual.

If it has been ten days since you ordered and you don't see a credit pending, you can file a trouble ticket.
