MyView Update

We are in contact with MyView and they ARE seeing credits come through for the last week. They sent us a list to manually credit everyone. We still aren't sure why all of a sudden they stopped crediting on their own, but we are working on that. So if you want to take them still, we will be manually updating credits until we get the auto credit working.

YAY! That is great to hear! I should have at least 2 credits in there because I had one not credit the day we figured this out and I tried again on the 9th (because I am impatient and wanted to see if maybe it would credit) so I might get some extra funds today. Either way I am glad to see you got in touch with them and they are seeing the credits and figuring it out! YAY!!

Just found the credits in my account history. Thank you!!! It's good to know that we can start doing the MyView surveys again. I just need to remember to be patient with its credits.

We did get all that we are going to get except maybe for a couple that came this morning. But it is supposedly fixed now. I tried to test it but didn't qualify.

Some of the ones from this morning will still be a manual credit because it was before they got the crediting issue fixed. Be patient and you should see credit for it when they report back the manual credits from this morning.

is anyone still having a problem with MV? I just completed my 3rd one since this problem started last week, and I"ll complete the survey, and it'll go to the Congrats page, but it doesn't go next to the "ad" page like AMP does. None of them have credited. I've never had an issue with MV in the past. any one else?

If I am permitted to answer this. I completed one yesterday and it did not credit. I also completed one at 8pm today and I still have the "Thank you for completing our survey" page open and it has not credited either. I never had problems with these in the past, they always credited for me. I am guessing there still may be some issues. I am not in any way knocking the Myview surveys, they are one of my favorites, I am just having trouble getting them to credit for me :sunshine:

Did it use to go to another page after your Thank you? Has it changed since it started not crediting for you either?

I agree I love the MV surveys! They are different and fresh and have really interesting topics! I'm bummed I keep having issues with them!

Same for me, I completed MV at 7:20PM and no credit. Got the "Thank you for completing..." page, left it open for an hour and no credit.

It seems that some credits are coming through even though some are not. I got credit for them last night and again this morning. It does seem though that there is an issue where some of u are not. I am sure will look at the numbers and see if there is an issue and contact them. Stay tuned for an update but it won't be tonight!

I didn't get credit for yesterdays survey after getting the page where it says that it was completed but it did not go to the second page...today I took another one and this time I did get credit and this one did go to the second page. Very weird.

I haven't been able to qualify for the MV surveys for a few days so I was surprised to hear that there was a problem.

I completed one last night and it went to the "first" page (the one that says I've earned xxx points if I join the panel) but it did NOT go to the "second" page that asks me to sign up.

I still do not have a credit for the survey, just an FYI.

I cannot answer with any certainty but since there has not been a system error or something that can be tracked to MV and credits are coming through for the MV surveys I doubt that those will come back as manually credited. When we had issues the other day there were NO credits coming through at all. It was an issue that kept the credits from coming back at all. There are credits coming through with regularity for some people. It seems the issue only occurs when the survey doesn't go to the second MV completion page. I suggest that if you don't get that page or a credit within an hour then clear cookies and try again. Not much consolation I know but I am sure that Tricia is letting them know about the issue with the second page and will report back if there is anything they can do about it.
