Problem with survey links

I don't know what's happening becuase I did not seem to have this problem before but I can't get the survey page to come up. I click on the icon...it doesn't come up. I try clicking on the link...it doesn't come up. This has been going on for about the last week or so. I managed to get it to go tonight but when I did not qualify, I tried again and it would not go to the link again.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? :confused:

I still can't get the survey page to load most of the time. It's getting a bit frustrating. I click on the link and it just sits there. :(

I was having an issue earlier so I ran CCleaner and it seemed to fix the problem because I was able to take a survey right away.

From what to what? I am using IE. Should I try it in Firefox? I havent had any problems with doing surveys on IE on my other sites, only this one.

But I will give Firefox a try. Thanks.

I did try running CC earlier and that didn't help with whatever is going on but thank you for the suggestion.

I think Hedy uses firefox now instead of IE. It has been reported that some people are having luck with that now. I have not tried it so I can't vouch for switching but it would be worth a try.

Let's see if I can qualify today. :)
