I completed the survey and this popped up....

We apologize for the inconvenience, but our reward system validation is experiencing technical difficulties. We have logged your information and will contact you to complete your reward at the email address you supplied in the beginning of the survey. If you would like to contact customer service click the link below and indicate code=42

(the website of the page is http://atc.myview.com/prequal/t?link=28916&o=42&NTCRLogId=127955247574016)

...but, this popped up in a DIFFERENT window. My original survey window went to the MV log in page so I don't know what the deal is. I'll wait and see if it credits.

ETA: Yup, it credited (instantly, as a matter of fact:) ) so I don't know what the deal is with the "technical difficulties". If anyone else gets this message, don't give up hope;).

credited about 10 minutes later

Weird, huh? But it IS crediting so that is a relief:love:.

It's great to know it's crediting for others!
I was worried because this is the first MV I've qualified for and completed in a while, so I'm VERY glad it credited!
