Cash Back with Auto Delivery?

Hi! I was wondering if you set up something on auto delivery do you get cash back every time it ships? I'm looking at www.petfooddirect.com and wasn't sure if I would need to purchase it separately every time to get the cash back or if setting it up on auto pay would do the same thing. Anyone know? :thanks:

I think you'd need to purchase it individually/separately each time since most shopping tracks by user id or cookies. Hope that helps!
