Yes, pretty much. That list has all of the merchants that Tricia and Cindy know will give money back for gift card purchases. HTH

I think any place NOT included in that list is a crapshoot. You probably won't get credit, but they may surprise you. If you stick to the ones in the gift cards shopping category, you should be good.
