help with comp cookies

i am so computer illiterate. can anyone explain easily how i can clear my cookies.

What program are you using? IE? Firefox?

You can most likely go to: tools-> Internet Options-> Delete cookies & delete files

You can also download ccleaner which will clean the cookies out with the push of a button.
