Greenfield Technical Difficulties? [Archive]

Am I the only one getting a Sunshine Rewards-branded page that says Greenfield is having technical difficulties when I submit my demo info for a survey today?

You're not the only one.....It's taking forever for the page NOT to load! :( Hopefully, it will start working as we are all trying really hard to get that extra bonus.:)

I've had four to finally load and ask me a ton of questions, but somewhere along the way, I didn't qualify. One of them had me swear to so much secrecy that I was almost too scared to agree to the terms, turned out I didn't qualify anyway!:rotfl:

Off to try once again!

I was able to clear cookies and get it running again but I"m not having much luck. I think I'll be calling mike soon to help me out with one for today.

I cleared cookies, tried a different email - nothing. How are we supposed to play for the Survey Bonus if technical difficulties keep us from even trying for a survey?!!

hmm tell us more about what you are doing -> ie web browser and version. I'm assuming you are on dsl or cable...

I was finally able to get one in around 3pm for the day if that gives you any hope. I think Hedy uses firefox not IE so that might be a fix for tonight.

At work I'm on a PC running IE over a LAN, so slow connection speed is not the issue. Tonight I will try using Firefox on my Mac.

I think there should be some kind of concession made for Sunshine Rewards members who are being shut out of the surveys due to these persistent technical problems and are therefore unable to play for the bonuses...

If you get home and have an issue with firefox on a Mac send mollyellis a pm (might want to do it now) to see what browser she is using since she seems to be a MAC wiz over here.

I've cleared cookies... run all sorts of programs... and the survey site is just REALLY SLOW... I slogged my way through a bunch of tries... and am now out of surveys... I'm kinda glad I'm out of surveys, because trying was just painful.

I was having trouble getting in tonight. When I would click on the Greenfield "box" the page would just hang and not load the demo questions, or if I did get to the demo questions, I couldn't get any further. I am going to try again in a few minutes since I just cleared my cookies.

I just tried and couldn't get past the demographic questions page. Hopefully it will be fixed by tomorrow?

It has taken me almost 2 hours to get past the demographics, and then qualify for a survey. I got kicked out of 1 survey after answering questions for about 20 minutes. Once you can get into a survey, which is very difficult tonight, you can move right along normally.

I am on a MAC laptop and used Firefox. Thankfully I was able to get a survey and complete it, but as I said it took almost 2 hours. Good luck everyone!

I was just able to get through. Hopefully that is a promising sign! I wonder if they are doing the Nov. 15 router upgrade a little early?

Boy I hope so because I sure would have to miss out on the wonderful bonus you are offering because of a clitch on their end.

I was able to get in and do my survey around 530 EST and didn't have too many problems. The hardest part was getting past the qualifying questions when it took forever to load, once it did I was fine.

I got in finally but it says there are no surveys available. I've only been able to get 7 this month but it's not for lack of trying.

I finally got in using Firefox on my Mac at home - 8:15 PST. I love my Mac, but this seems really unfair to the 97% of the population who have a PC....

I was able to get one on a new dip earlier this evening. Took forever to get past the qualifying questions page. I just played Netwinner while I was waiting for it to load.

I got in for a survey today but the Greenfield information page loaded very, very slowly. Once I got to the survey pages it seemed fine. It was just getting to them that took forever.

That's what it was like for me. It too fooooooorever for the survey to come up. But once I was in a survey it went smoothly.

Ok, I thought it was just me. I think I will email them and tell them there is a problem. Maybe its because they have so many surveys, but also, they are doing some changes to their system, so that could be it too.

so many surveys?? I can usually get one monday-saturday (sunday is always a problem)... but I haven't gotten one in a few days...so as far as I can tell...they don't have any in my demographic loaded.

This afternoon I keep getting "page can't be found" so I don't even get to the demographics page. I didn't have this problem earlier today. Going to keep trying. I was hoping to hit 25 this month but doesn't look like it's happening.

I can hardly get the pages to load either, it has been SO SLOW today!! I was doing good up until this point! :confused:

It was slow about this time yesterday and then later in the evening it sped up for me. I would keep trying. Cindy has already alerted Greenfield of the issues we are having today so its on their end right now.

It is usually better to try to get your surveys in the morning or late evening. I think that most people get home and check out their survey place and try to get one. It will be really slow. I imagine that alot of people who have slacked off are back at it right now because of shopping for the holidays and probably increased trying to get surveys as well. I know how frustrating it can be but keep trying and keep your eyes on that 7.50 bonus! Good Luck!

If you were having trouble earlier getting a survey you might want to try now. I was able to get one about an hour ago without any major issues. Just a heads up.
