Hi Tricia!
As you may have noticed by the multiple threads popping up over the last few days, technical propblems (with Greenfield?) are preventing many of us from even attempting to get a survey. This is particularly galling during a month when there is a special survey bonus for completing one every day.
Is there anything you can do to either get Greenfield to fix this problem or accomodate people who are being shut out by this error message: "We apologize for your inconvenience. We are having some technical difficulties. Please check back later."
