I just went to take a GF survey and all I'm getting is a blank white page when I click on the green banner? anyone else? :confused:

I just finished mine about 10 minutes ago after having the blank page all day. Maybe try clearing cookies like someone else suggested? Hopefully, you will have luck soon.

I took an easy GF with no problems. It looks like they have an option for everyone if you get in.:banana:

Unbelievable! I think I'll wait to take anymore surveys until things get straightened out! :(

I'm getting the blank page too. I had options for the first time about an hour ago, but my daughter wanted to use the computer so I let her on. Now when I get on to take one it's not working again. Figures. :rolleyes: Oh well, no biggie. I'll just wait and try tomorrow when things will hopefully be all worked out.

We know they are down. Greenfield knows they are down and we hope that they get them back up and running. Please don't post that they are down because we know that. We welcome you to post if you get them to work but repeated posts about them not working does nothing to help. Hopefully by the end of today we will all be earning survey money again. Thanks for you help, understanding and patience.
