Credits from Buy.com

Do we get credit for purchases from Buy.com if we use the Google checkout option? I made a purchase but used the Google checkout to save $10. This was listed on the buy.com website as a checkout option. It was just shipped today (i made the purchase a few weeks ago but was a preorder item) which is why I may not have received credit yet. But just wanted to see if this checkout option may have jeopordized my credits. Thanks!

I've placed 2 orders with buy.com and used google checkout and haven't received credit for either. I have a TT in on one and am about ready to file a TT on the other. I'm assuming using google checkout is what screws everything up?

I also never got credit using google and never got the confirmation email so I will get no credit. This was the last time they had a good google checkout running

We actually do get credit for some of these, but we just don't know who to give it to. So if you file a TT with the date, order number, and purchase amount, we can sometimes track them back for you.

Thanks Tricia! I will file a trouble ticket with the info. Maybe I can get credit...that would be GREAT!!

Tricia- which email do you want? The one from buy.com or the one from google checkout? There is a $10 difference between the 2 since I used the first time google checkout deal.

It looks to me like they are using the one with the higher dollar amount.

I did a purchase through buy.com over a week ago, got the item, and still nothing shows in my account. And I didn't use google payment, so maybe it's just a problem with buy.com?! :confused:
