Surveys and Date of Birth...

Have all the survey companies always required a date of birth to participate, or is it just sticking out to me now??

I think the DS has always asked for the 3 years I have been doing them. I can't remember about the others.

i think it's always been on the DS, and as far as i can remember, the AMP has always asked for year of birth.

As far as I can remember they have asked as it is a way to track the frauds.
