That was a weird one. I checked the box, then unchecked it (didn't provide them w/ anymore personal info). Had to do this on about 10 (?) pages. Then went through a few pages where you click yes or no radio button and go to a next page. Then in looped back into the check boxes, so I closed it.

Don't feel stupid!! Everyone plays for the first time at least once. ;) It takes a bit to get the handle of it. But you won't miss out. This group is great about showing people the ropes. After all, it's in everyone's best interest to get as many posts in that thread as possible because there will be more prizes and more shopping increases.

On the hour means that it will credit at 8:00, 9:00, etc....whatever the hour is after you complete...if you finish at 7:45, your on the hour would be 8:00.

Not stupid! There's alot of stuff to soak in, you'll get the hang of it, especially hanging around the boards.

hmmm, that's not good. Did you clear credits before hand and is your privacy set low? You should have at least one credit. 2 of those offers I have had problems with before but the others credited fairly easily for me. You have made a lot of money here so you do know what you are doing, just throwing ideas out.

Hi- I've been trying to do the Halo offer and all it does is pull up the FBI logo. I've been doing offers for a couple of months (giving honest info!) and never seen this before. Is it me, or is it the offer??? I went and did other offers with no problems.

Well......isn't THAT strange??? I just clicked on it and got the same thing. I did that offer first earlier tonight and got to the correct website.

Yes, the only offers you can add to the thread are the listed ones that credited during the contest time frame. I too have quite a few that I have done previously that will not count towards the contest- just the luck of the draw sometimes! But that's why Tricia makes sure to add in some new ones for us!!

I would redo it since I just did the offer and it credited before I even completed it. It has a confirm email to click on so be on the lookout for that.

That is correct. Only do each offer once to receive credit. That said if you do a freebie offer (not a paid trial) and don't get credit you are more than welcome to try it again at a later date.

I did a lot of offers that weren't on the list as well; I think between those, the contest ones, and the credit holds, I have earned $20 in less than 24 hours here on SR! :sunshine2: That makes me happy. I too have two trips coming up, and I have a goal of $850 for the two trips. (June and Sept 2008). So far I am at about $220! (I want $600 by early May). I hope to be at $300 by then end of 2007. I think I will easily get there with these sorts of offers, incentives, contests, etc. Thanks!

I don't think BJ is on the eligible list. Its just the stuff in Tricia's first post in that thread that counts and its mostly freebies or paid trials not shopping. HTH!

I believe that the shopping is only tied to the contest in as much as Tricia adds a new merchant at a higher payout for every 100 posts to the official thread. The credits that we receive do not count on the contest thread. That is my understanding and I hope that if I am wrong Tricia will chime in.

I am not sure. I do know that it figures out how much you owe and then charged me $24.95 for everything and the rest went to shipping cost. so I will just get 14% back on the $24.95.

We kind of worked a deal. I got a bunch of other freebie offers from them (some of those that are crediting really well today). Plus, they are no longer doing any after-the-fact revocations on the offers. So although we got screwed on some of them last month, they assured me that they now have a deal with the advertiser where they MUST pay for all of the surveys when the credits go through.

Not a perfect solution, but the offer was so good that I didn't want to pass it up for all of you. It's a pretty big payout for an average-length survey.

BTW tricia i know some days the surveys have been late around 12 or 12:30 they are crediting but the contest ends at 12 just wonder what would happen if survyes ran late...

I'm going to start pulling the offers now, but as long as your credits come in by the time you need to post tomorrow, they still count.

As for the daily surveys, they must be done in time tonight for them to credit tomorrow morning. That means you need to start them no later than about 10:30-11:00pm Eastern, depending on how long the survey is.
